Round Table Discussion With The CSA On NI 31-103

On February 29, 2008, the CSA released its second draft of proposed National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements. This Instrument has significant implications for many ICAC members and will potentially have a far reaching impact across Canada. These sessions will be round table discussions with CSA representatives and ICAC members to gain a better understanding of the proposed rule and its practical business implications. Comments by members will help formulate the Association’s formal comments which must be submitted to the CSA by May 29/08.
